DEAF MINDS EDUCATION
Together, we're working to improve the mental health and educational outcomes of Deaf children all over the UK.
Since launching Deaf Minds Education at the beginning of 2020, we've been overwhelmed by the support of our delivery associates and strategic partners. Shaun Fitzgerald
Shaun is CEO of Deaf Minds Education and plays a significant role in writing and delivering several of the courses we offer. Shaun's areas of expertise are directly informed by his own personal experiences as a Deaf child who was educated in a mainstream educational setting.

Andrew Whitehouse
Andrew is a specialist in neurological diversity and provides interventions for professionals, parents and young people. He provides training, strategies and therapies for education professionals in schools and colleges, observing learners in the learning environment and providing practical solutions to help them achieve their potential.

Jane Whitaker-Douglas
Jane is a British Psychoanalytic Council registered Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, working with private clients in primary, secondary, and tertiary care. She is highly qualified and widely respected in the field of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy - one of many different types of psychotherapy.

Rebecca Caddick-Walls
Rebecca is an experienced Mental Health Nurse who has worked in the specialist field of mental health and deafness for almost two decades. She's using her extensive experience to help us write and deliver courses aimed at helping teachers of the Deaf to reduce the impact of stress on both themselves and the Deaf learners in their care.

Rebecca Anne Withey
Rebecca is a holistic practitioner and qualified Mindfulness and Relaxation Therapist, and also holds a BA honours in Professional Dance Studies. She delivers Mindfulness and Stress Reduction tuition for Deaf Minds Education and her online courses in BSL have been very well received by our community.

John Smith
John is profoundly Deaf and is a fully qualified and award-winning Teacher and Assessor. He specialises in teaching British Sign Language (BSL) and Deaf Awareness and is well known for his engaging and often humorous course delivery style. John is widely considered to be a leader in his field, and we're extremely fortunate to be working with him.
